For those of us living in California, we have become accustomed to seeing signs on buildings saying they could have asbestos. For those of you of you that have received Porn-Staresproducts, you might have noticed on your cases a labeling that say something like this product may contain harmful chemicals. This is all due to Proprostion 65, a law we enacted in California that says, we consumers have the right to know where we

Now, what I find so interesting, is that California did not pass the NO GMO bill, which was the bill that food products had to be labeled.. we can not continue to poison ourselves with cloned seeds/// Label our building, label our products….

So what that have to do with porn??

Our wonderful state of California is trying to pass a bill that would mandate the use of condoms on porn shoots. (Another bill AB640 condom bill, is stalled in the Senate)  The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) wants to not only require condoms during intercourse and prohibit ejaculation onto the genitals, mouth or eyes. (Ergo- Safety Eyewear)  The also want employers to provide protective eyewear, so that there is no ocular contact with semen.

The funny part is the above is already required in porn.. not that I would know, but would bet you $1000, that it would be hard to find a porn film with the stars wearing safety eyewear.. Maybe the start of a new series…Susie Does Safety Sam.. The next thing you know, Jenna Jameson will be wearing a crime suit.. how erotic is that?
