Recon High Tech Goggles with GPS, Text abilities, Stopwatch
These hi-tech snow goggles by Recon Instruments allow wearers to pinpoint their location with a GPS gyroscope, get a speed reading, check their text messages, come equipped with an altimeter, stopwatch and temperature and pressure sensors.
The first of it’s kind, they are attracting alot of attention from professionals who think it could give them a technological and competitive edge.
Recon worked with Colorado-based Zeal Optics, an eyewear manufacturer, to incorporate a technological pod into goggles that would display an optical readout of information.
