Optiblog Grog – Blue Oasis

I am dedicating this Optiblog Grog – Blue Oasis to a friend at Jobson who told me to avoid blue drinks but of course I did not listen. It tastes as pretty as it looks!

Serves 1:

one measure blue Curacao, 2 measures of gin, soda water, slice of lemon, sprig of mint

1. Fill a large glass with ice cubes, pour in the Curacao and gin, stir

2. Add the soda water and stir.

3. Garnish with the slice of lemon and sprig of mint

Do not drive, operate machinery or propose after drinking this.
