MARCHON PARTY TO FEATURE THE EYEROCK BAND BENEFIT CONCERT

Good news for optical music lovers! The Marchon party at Vision Expo West will feature the EyeRock Band Benefit Concert. For those of you that missed the performance of the optical industry’s Off Axis band at Vision Expo East, we urge you not to miss this one. The music is great, the dancing fun and it is all for a good cause. It is a benefit for Optometry Giving Sight and The Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind . All proceeds raised will be split between these two charities. Admission is free and all attendees will be given one drink ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased for $5.00 of which the entire amount will be donated to the foundations.

The Eyerock band organizing team is Steve Santinelli, Producer, Bill Gerber Co Producer, Andy Karp, Associate Producer, John Alofs, Personell Director, Dr. Gary Gerber, Musical Director.

The purpose of the party is to not only celebrate being a part of the optical industry, but also to give back to the charities that make a profound difference for those in need. More information to come but here is the scoop for now:

* Where: The Marchon Party at the Flamingo Hotel Tropical Retreat Gardens, Las Vegas
* Purpose:  Benefit for Optometry Giving Sight and The Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind
* When: Friday, October 2, 2009 with music from 9 PM til midnight
* Players: 4-5 rockin’ acts representing all faces of the optical business, approximately 30 musicians playing highly danceable rock and roll
* Emcee: Bill Gerber
