Another rating/ complaint site to check out is Pissed Off Consumer- will these sites ever end? I wonder if the people who complain are voters? The next big job description today for any business person will be for Reputation Management person to control the flood of complaining people in the world. Don’t get me wrong- some of these sites are needed for ethical reasons, the unfortunate part are unethical people-competition who put in false information and or people that think the world owes them a living.
The advantage that the optical professional does have- take the complaints and build your good reputation around your competition.
