Eyerock Vision Expo East
I find trade shows lots of work but also lots of fun. There are always parties and mixers to go to which are great for net working and seeing friends. Vision Expo East is coming up next month and here are two fun, good networking events, that I highly recommend so save the dates:
The 10th Annual PLEIADES AWARD, Cocktail and Hors D’Oeuvres Reception, Silent Auction and Award Presentation at the Marchon Showroom, 8 West 40th Street on Friday March 27. This event recognizes one of the Optical Industry’s shining stars and all are welcome to attend. I can tell you that the food is excellent, the prizes amazing and it is a fabulous event. For music lovers don’t miss the EyeRock New York with the OffAxis Band and other top optical industry musicians who are going to rock the optical world. This concert is in support of OneSight, charitable vision care programs. The concert is Saturday evening, March 28 at BB Kings Blues Club & Grill at 237 W. 42nd.
